The connectivity offer of the WYS Platform has once again expanded to a new area. Now also locking systems can be connected to the same entity with other security and automation systems. The first data-based, two-way connection to the locking system has been implemented into Abloy's PROTEC2 CLIQ locking and access management system.

The connectivity of the PROTEC2 CLIQ locking and access management system offers completely new possibilities and dimensions to utilize the data PROTEC2 CLIQ produces together with the data produced by other systems connected to the WYS Platform. Now it is possible to easily and cost-effectively form e.g. a comprehensive view of the use of the different premises, the use of different doors and the movement of people, as well as to connect the statuses of the different doors in relation to the use of the locks, e.g. who left the door open and when. Data also offers unique opportunities to proactively develop maintenance and service measures.

The cylinder, cylinder group, key, person and access group information of the PROTEC2 CLIQ locking and access management system connected to the WYS Platform is retrieved and synchronized to the Platform in real time and automatically, making updating and managing the data effortless and efficient.

With the technical and operational monitoring of the Platform, you can see the operational status information of the cylinders and keys of the PROTEC2 CLIQ locking and access management system, such as whether the key is in use, or the cylinder is installed. But at the same time, you can also see the real-time technical and operational status information of the other systems and devices connected to the Platform - versatile and individually visualized in one user interface, e.g. on an interactive eMap.

You can easily monitor the validity, the need for validation and the access rights related to the keys of the PROTEC2 CLIQ locking and access management system. The interactive eMap can automatically visualize, for example, the lock cylinders and permitted and unauthorized access events related to the keys of the PROTEC2 CLIQ locking and access management system.

With the versatile search tools of the Platform, you can easily find the names and contact information of the persons, which keys have been allocated to them, their allocation dates and the associated access rights, even in a large mass of data.

With the help of the BI reporting, you get comprehensive reports on door usage distribution, access events, the use of people's access permits and the keys. You will receive information on how the access events are distributed, e.g., during work/office hours vs. outside those hours, how often the keys have been used yesterday, this week, or at another time of your choice, or how many different days of the week people have passed through, e.g., office premises. This helps e.g. in planning a property’s use of the premises.

With the help of the WYS Platform, deviations can be clearly highlighted, such as e.g. various access events outside the business hours, access attempts, persons who have left the organization and still have an active access permit, etc.

The Platform's automatic notifications of expiring PROTEC2 CLIQ server certificates make the maintenance of the entity more efficient.

With the WYS Platform, you connect PROTEC2 CLIQ access management data to information produced by other systems, such as data from other access control systems, burglar alarm and video management systems, forming one clear situational awareness.

The WYS Platform enables intelligent two-way data-based connectivity to more than 60 different systems. More connections are being completed at a steady pace.
