The WYS Platform’s data-based connectivity portfolio offers now two-way connection to Axis recorders.
The two-way connection of the Platform to the Axis Vapix recorder provides
- Review of the real-time health status/functionality of the recorder and the devices connected to it
- Automatic and manual PTZ and relay controls of the devices connected to the recorder
- Extensive utilization of versatile Axis analytics data, such as the Axis Object Analytics
- Live video viewing combined with two-way data
In its various functions the Platform utilizes in many ways e.g. vehicle number plate recognition data generated by the Axis License Plate Verifier.
The data produced by the Axis People Counter can be combined on the WYS Platform with people counting data produced by other systems, such as data from access control and burglar alarm systems. The interactive eMap can automatically visualize, for example, information produced by the different systems into one clear situational awareness, to real-time information about the number of people in different rooms of the building.
The automatic situational awareness views created by the WYS Platform now also include real-time images and data from the Axis systems and devices, in addition to the data produced by many other different systems. With the extensive and versatile data enriched by the Platform, it is possible to automatically control connected Axis systems and devices.
With the help of the technical monitoring, you can see the real-time technical and operational status information of the Axis systems and devices, but also of the other systems and devices connected to the entity - in one user interface visualized variously and individually, e.g. on an interactive eMap!
The WYS Platform enables intelligent two-way data-based connectivity to more than 60 different systems. More connections are being completed at a steady pace.
